Construction details of various clamps
Vertical lifting clamps
Designed to clamp steel materials with a serrated cam and a round swivel jaw.The safety latch presses against the cam with the aid of a spring.

Screw type universal clamps
Designed to hold steel materials securely by applying a tilting force to the sweivel jaw to counteract the simultaneous weight of the steel materials being lifted. This makes it possible to lift steel materials in any direction.

Lateral lifting clamps
Designed to clamp steel materials with a serrated cam and a round swivel jaw.The safety latch presses against the cam with the aid of a spring.

Horizontal lifting clamps
Designed for situations in which tilt or instability may be present due to upper or lower blow or jarring motions. The Hacker type mechanism used for horizontal transportation solves these problems as the material is pressed down from above. The applied force is proportional to the weight of the load being lifted.

Non-marring lifting clamps
Designed to grasp steel materials between a flat presser fixture and a wedge thus preventing steel materials from being marred. In case of emergency, the mechenism is equipped to activate a safety cam. The clamping force is more than 5 times the liting load.
Considerations for clamp selection
1.Selection of types and models
Select types (example:For vertical lifting) and models(example:Model E)according to the intended applications and materials to be lifted (steel plate, shape steel, etc,)

2.Selection of the working load and thickness
Select the working load according to the weight of materials to be lifted or weight limits of the lifting points. Select the working thickness according to the thickness of the materials or the width of the positions for attachment.
